Lunch is included in this tour and provided at the McGarrett house from the show. You will love this wonderful location where we will have a picnic out on the lawn. Rewatch some of those episodes so you can remember how great this place was and what an important part of the show it became.
Fans will also get to meet Shawn Kauaʻawa Garnett, “Cousin Flippa” from the show. You will get to ask all the questions and get some great personal stories from the sets, told by the actor himself.

This beautiful building located in historic downtown Honolulu is the Five-O headquarters. Outside the front entrance stands the majestic statue of King Kamehameha. Your guide can make time to go inside this building, (passing through security as it is the State Supreme Court) to the museum.
The original show aired in 1968 and features many of the sites you can still visit today. The old headquarters was filmed at Iolani Palace across the street from where the new headquarters is depicted in todayʻs show.
The TV show is still being filmed today so we drive by a few choice locations to see if they are working in that area. You might even spot one of the actors from the show or other famous people as everyone loves to vacation in Hawaii.

The iconic Hawaii 5-O opening is known worldwide and this tour covers many of those spots you will see. From the old show and the new, we take you on an iconic trip across the film industry's most popular filming locations in South Oahu.
Our tour begins with hotel pickup in Waikiki and works our way along the coast, stopping at various points of interest, related to the showʻs various plots throughout the many seasons it was on TV.
Our main stop is to have lunch at the McGarrettʻs House. For those who donʻt know, this is the house that was the lead actorʻs home throughout the series. You will be able to tour the home as it was in the show and sit on the beach chairs on the lawn out back. This amazing view of the ocean and beach must not be missed.
While at the home, one of the actors from the show, Shawn Kauaʻawa Garnett, "Cousin Flippa" will stop by for photos, questions and stories about filming the series. You will have a great time hanging with Shawn before heading out to see more film locations.
After lunch, we tour around South Oahu, seeing the historic downtown locations including the Hawaii 5-O headquarters and the King Kamehameha Statue. This tour is about 3.5 hours and brings you back to Waikiki about 2pm. An amazing tour and picnic you will not soon forget.
