For groups up to six people, you will create lifelong memories when you book your private Hawaiian sailing cruise. As the only U.S. Coast Guard certified Polynesian wa’a kaulua in the world, Kamoauli is the only vessel of its kind that is available for the public to charter. This gorgeous wooden double-hulled canoe was built in Tonga for the King’s use. It has been lovingly renovated to provide you with a taste of a different time when ocean-faring people traveled the waters of Polynesia.

These canoe sailings feature sweeping views of the island while you relax on deck with ukulele music and listen to a local expert “talk story” about Hawaiian history, legends, and local culture. Sip a cool drink while gentle trade winds fill the sails. Your guide will point out local landmarks and ancient places significant to Hawaiian culture. You may even learn a traditional chant! The quiet serenity of it all will leave you completely relaxed.

Cancellations within the last 72 hours prior to the activity date will not be issued any refund and will be charged 100% for the activity. No Refunds will be issued to “No Shows”. If the captain feels the weather will affect the safety of our guests, then they will cancel the cruise and guests receive a full refund. Also, staff will do their very best to have you rescheduled on another cruise before you return home. Tropical weather is known for quickly passing rain showers and changing weather conditions. Because of this, our captains address weather concerns on the day of the cruise.
