Stand-up paddle boarding is a great way to enjoy the outdoors and get some exercise. In a semi-private lesson, you’ll be able to learn the basics of paddling, balancing, and turning. Whether you’re looking for a fun way to spend an afternoon with friends or you’re interested in getting fit, a group SUP lesson is a great option. With a low 2:1 student to instructor ratio, you get the same personalized attention that you receive with a private lesson. Our experienced instructors will provide guidance and support, so you’ll be able to learn at your own pace and progress at your own level.
Stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) is a great way to get a workout with low impact and plenty of benefits. SUP is excellent for core strength, as the body’s core muscles are responsible for keeping balance. Meanwhile, arms and shoulders will get a major workout. In addition to being a great way to build strength, SUP also provides excellent cardio training. No matter if you paddle hard or just gently moving, paddling will benefit your heart, lungs, overall health, and stamina. And compared to other outdoorsy cardio exercise like running, SUP is much easier on the joints. So, if you’re looking for an excellent workout that won’t stress your body out, give SUP a try!
Stand up paddle boarding is a great way to relax and clear your mind. Unlike other forms of meditation, paddleboarding keeps your subconscious busy enough to actually quiet your brain chatter. This can help you bring calm and balance into your life – or it can help you focus on something you need to figure out. In addition, paddleboarding is a great way to connect with nature. Being in nature has been shown to reduce stress, improve moods, and make people feel more well-rounded and happier. Whether you’re looking to relax or just enjoy some time outdoors, paddle boarding is a great option.
