Cancellation Policy

Any request for a refund 72 hours or more prior to the start of the tour or activity is honored with a full cash refund.

No refunds are issued for any cancellations inside the 72-hour period, prior to the start of your tour. There is no refund for no-shows. There is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability outside of the 72-hour cancellation period.
For any cancellation request to be valid it must be submitted by email to [email protected] or talk to one of our live agents at 808-379-3701. Any refund request left on voice mail, social messaging platform, or sent to any other email will not be considered valid.

Great Low-impact Exercise

Stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) is a great way to get a workout with low impact and plenty of benefits. Frequently Asked Questions

What should I (my child) bring to a lesson?

All surfers should bring a swimsuit and towel. We recommend that you apply sunscreen at least 30 minutes prior to entering the water.
Can I bring my own surfboard, rash guard, or booties?

We provide all students with soft top long boards, rash guards, and booties. If you are taking a private lesson, you are more than welcome to bring your own board.
Should I have any prior experience before attending class?

We have fewer problems with seasickness than regular boats and large catamarans because of the open air, fast-moving nature of our vessels. We don’t have that swaying motion that can sometimes cause problems on a large catamaran. However, while the rafts will affect far fewer guests, there are still people who are strongly susceptible and will become seasick no matter what. We suggest an over-the-counter medication for those people to ensure a fun adventure.
Do I need to know how to swim?

No shoes, No shirt, No experience…No problem. However, knowing how to swim is a must.
