The Sequoia is a great product, 100% squirrel-proof (but not bear-proof, unfortunately). I had the same experience as other reviewers, friendly and understanding customer service.

Replacement Part: Sequoia Lower Pole Segment with Attached Auger

We bought a new Sequoia set-up only to have a bear destroy it about a month later. The bear snapped off the pole just above the connection. So thanks to the design of this product, we simply unscrewed the old auger out of the ground, bought this part, and re-assembled the whole set-up. Staff at JCs Wildlife were wonderfully helpful.

I wrote to get a piece for my feeder pole that a bear bent and made unusable. They didn't have it in stock but told me they would let me know when it was back in stock. They did, and after a few weeks my feeder was back in business. Thank you for being good business people. I will definitely remember your good service.
